Why this course?
This nutrition series will aim to enhance your understanding of basic healthy eating principles. You’ll deepen your understanding of the core nutrients for health and learn how to apply that knowledge to create healthy balanced meals for your family. This course will look closely at healthy eating principles for Prader-Willi syndrome and healthy eating for Inflammatory conditions and walk you through how to set intentional goals so your child can reach their health potential. Lastly, you’ll be given the tools to implement your new found nutrition knowledge and practically apply it to everyday situations.

Meet the Teacher
Cate is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian based in Sydney Australia and has 15 years of experience working as a Dietitian. She has worked in the wider disability sector however since the birth of her niece, 5 years ago, she has turned her attention to working solely with families, like hers, with a loved one who has Prader-Willi Syndrome. These days, Cate works 1:1 seeing clients all over the world to help them navigate the nutritional complexities of PWS.
