Practical Nutrition

Nutritional needs can seem overwhelming and confusing, especially when you have a child with complex medical issues. In her course, Cate helps make the foundations of nutrition accessible to families and teaches how to apply this knowledge to every day life, while taking a closer look at dietary needs of people with Prader-Willi Syndrome and Inflammatory Conditions.

Cate is an accredited practicing dietitian with a personal connection to the Prader-Willi community. When her niece was born with PWS, she shifted to working with families challenged by this syndrome.
